If light weapons weren't more versatile than a heavy weapon, we wouldn't see heavy-rr being a thing. Why use a Cr when the HMG is better? Is what we should be saying. When a RR has the highest DPC of any other gun, and fits easier than a same tier...

A heavy suit is the only frame capable of wielding a Heavy weapon due to power constraints. That's like saying a Ford F-150 can carry a log, but not a stuffed animal or a dog house. Go play X where you can't fit bullet weapons on turret slots.
