They do still repair armour on vehicles. At the very least, supply range should be increased for vehicles, even if it were as a tradeoff for somewhat slower ammo regeneration.

I agree that they are a little too expensive, but I'd probably say about 200k-250k ISK would be reasonable. Losing an ADS should hurt and while Rails are a pain in the arse, we do have methods of avoiding them.

Yup. As a dropship pilot myself, I've taken up Railgun sniping when the air gets too cluttered/dangerous and I've shot down many dropships that thought they were safe by ramping my tank on a hill.
