The suits have all had their rep-rate adjusted based on frame size and race: there is not reason the GalScout should break that mold.

What about a couple of free Officer Weapons if you're out completely? Say you start the day without any of your officer weapons, you get three at log on? That way you don't get infinite (well, you do sort of) but you still get to use some every day.
