CCP has wanted to implement this in EVE Online since Incarna, so I can't see why they can't start the 'virtual face-to-face' socialisation in New Eden from DUST. But yes, it has to have a purpose. Remember, these things costs money to code.

As someone who was incredibly sadistic with the EXO-5 Mass Driver last wipe, I can endorse this. Since the wipe, I've been using the standard Mass Driver, and I find it a lot more balanced than the EXO. Why? For the reason you just said; spamming....

This has potential. The taking of planets most definitely needs to be tactical, and we can't have that if there isn't any order to the attacks. Since no one else has even considered something like this (I think) then you definitely have my support.
