The mailing system needs a lot of work; I go to access my keyboard and accidentally send a blank mail. Currently it's just a copy and paste from EVE - understandably - so hopefully later they'll patch it up once core gameplay has been addressed.

My viewpoint was floating in the air once. Sure, it gave me an amazing view of a raspberry shooting my remote explosive and getting flung to the other side of the map, a memory I will always treasure, but I'm fairly sure that's not where my body was.
