This has to be in asap, there's no discussion around it.
Switching everytime to the map (which is really sluggish on it's own) is a massive disturbance to fluid squad/ team gameplay. Same for Orbital/ Precision strikes and ordering vehicles. It's 2013 alright? Very nice that you did some groundbreaking things by connecting a console MMO to a PC MMO, but that's pretty much all there is in terms of ground-breaking.
Chat system is also non-practical.
I'd really love to see a lot of these slowdown issues (caused by UI functionality) getting fixed for smoother gameplay; of course sooner than later. Beta and all I know, I don't care - there's no more planned resets so the game's on. Game is F2P, you need transactions = as many players as you can get. This ain't EVE where a small amount of people pay a monthly fee. On this note, your aurum prices are not really appealing.
Anyway, enough ranting... please don't fail us. |

Already in game. R2 + R3 = Squad command options. Just select, aim with the gun, press R1 to set orders.
EDIT: You really should be more specific in what aurum items and services you want. |

On this note... we could really use a more detailed user manual 
Countless squad leaders which didn't know how/ when the precision strike is available to them.
There's probably a couple hundred of these information gaps... |

Yup. Unfortunately, using the crosshair still has it's flaws. Trying to tag someone to kill while dodging fire is not fun.
But that's probably my fault. |

Not to mention the fact countless squad leaders don't know they are squad leaders!
Has anyone noticed a subtle color diff on their own "blueberry" when you are squad leader? I was SL in a match last night and thought my blueberry was actually pale yellow-green. Or maybe I was getting LAV-sick |

Glad i read this i was also hating this. Is this actually listed in the game any where. Im sick of having to leave the game and go to the net to learn what the hell is going on in the game. |

It's not listed anywhere as are not many many things that would be useful inclusions on the "Help Screens" when loading. Hopefully they will add more useful help and instructions soon because the game is an utter mystery to non-veterans. |

Hold r2 press r3 while still holding r2 then select with right stick
Finally when you have it up r1 on target.
Only works as squad leader |

I didn't know this either. But I think I have an easier method to use squad commands. Instead of using R2 (hold) + R3, use circle (hold) + directional buttons. There are four groups will have a set of commands that you can select with the directional buttons and use the crosshair:
Offense (up) > Destroy vehicle/installation, kill enemy, capture objective
Defense (left) > Provide cover fire, Defend objective
Need reinforcements (right)
Phrases (down) > Incoming HAV/LAV/Dropship/OB, nice shot, need ammo/repairs
Any thoughts on this? |
