To implement a bonus to equipment would require a new role bonus for gallente logi. They already have that role bonus. The different logi needs role bonus TO their equipment but there are currently technical limitations that ccp haven't solved yet...

Great vid moody. As far as declining kdr. I know mine went down because I started running full BPO suits whenever I'm up against proto medium stompers. NO ISK for you. That and using nova knives when they were still broken.
