Actually where it tightens to now is probably fine, but it does need more optimal to give it worth. Currently only the Freedom Assault HMG gives any kind of decent result, and it needs to beyond that.

Just make it tighten to a ridiculous degree when crouching, and give it a more impressive optimal. That gives you CQC spread, and a crouching "siege mode" for longer range combat.
