Reverted, no, but some reduction to dispersion, yes. I've barely used blasters since Alpha, though reading on the forums it appears that dispersion is too much, as people can't even hit remotes/proxies at 20 meters.

I don't see what the fuss is all about. Blaster tanks aren't much of a problem anymore since Alpha. I've been killed by combat rifles and rail rifles way, way, way more than blaster tanks.
