It happens quite often that i seem to be joining a match within literally seconds of it finishing.
You should not be able to join an Ambush match if 20% or less of the tickets are remaining for either of the teams. You should not be able to join a Skirmish match if 40% or less of the MCC hull is remaining for either of the teams. |

It would be nice to have some form of cut off point, spending lots of time loading into and out of matches for a few seconds of game play (or watching the map as the game ends) isn't very enjoyable.

The problem is you gotta balance it, I know this is horrible, but one side has a mass exodus and new players get to come in. It may lead to you always joining the losing team, but you don't want lopsided games. |

There is a minimum threshold for getting any SP rewards (60 sec?) and they should definitely prevent you from getting pulled into a match with less than that left. (It hasn't been a huge problem, but I've loaded into a handful of matches just in time to see the Victory/Defeat screen... usually Defeat.) |

It's a real problem when one side has got a lock on the match either by clone count or MCC damage.
Folks will bail from the losing side to avoid a recorded loss and most of their replacements will also bail. That leads to cycling dozens of mercs through the match and wasting alot of player time. |

Noted! Posted! At least several times a week for many, many weeks. Was actually solved once back in the Black Screen Hot Fix Of Death. Which was rolled back, BTW.
It is going to return, hopefully without the BSHFOD. |

15 minute timer. 80 clone limit.
40 clones or 7:30 should be the cutoff, imo.
Skirmish
Shield + Armour on MCC 150 clone limit.
50% of total MCC EHP or 75 clones.
Basically, I want the 50% mark to be the cutoff. |

That doesn't fix the reason why people get thrown into these matches, the reason being, people bailing out and uneven teams. Though your idea of a 50% cutoff is fine, what if one team is at 51% and the other is at 95%. You are going to have people bleeding out of the losing team and if no one else can join you may just end up with 1 guy on the defending team who doesn't really spawn much and the winning team having to wait the counter. Thats a horible idea
Another option is to encourage new joiners, if you join a match thats already in progress you get a huge boost in WP/SP/ISK to make up for the time you were not in the match. You are the much needed reinforcements. Also to prevent it from being abused, if you quit before a match ends to try to get the bonus in another match, you don't get that bonus for like 5 matches. Cumulative
A more extreme option is once a team passes the 50% and people start bailing from the losing team is that people on the winning side start getting kicked to make up the difference. |

Either the game should be balanced ingame (switching sides), or the more simple solution, joining a game means it's being recorded, win or loss. If you leave a game and your team loses 5 minutes later it's still a loss on your account. |

I agree. However, it's not happening as often as you make it out to be. I only encounter this problem on rare occasions (about 20% of the time). The rest of the time I usually end up on matches that are about to start or just starting. |

Lucky, maybe, the last 10 or so matches have been finished or nearly finished (less than 2 minutes after joining). This is EXTREMELY frustrating and should not happen at all. Just because you had the luck of the draw doesn't mean everyone has it and obviously it's possible to only see the 'defeat' screen for 5+ games in a row. That's just bad. |
