Well in the "Advancing the Core" presentation yesterday they said they want to make squad restricted uplinks that give better bonuses, so uplinks might be team wide in Uprising. At least I hope so.

That's how it is. There's a 5% damage increase for each tier for ALL weapons except the laser I think. It used to be 10% before the weapon flattening I think. If you change it for snipers you must change it for all the other weapons as well. Al...
