My most expensive loadout is 18,000 ISK, but I think I've only ran in it maybe 4 times. My main loadouts run between 3000-6000 ISK. The actual "starter" fits get deleted as soon as I boot up a new build though.

I would personally put the divider somewhere around the 5-7 hours a week mark. I play around 4 or 5 hours a week and would consider myself right close to the edge of being a "hardcore" player.
