If it was balanced and limited and could easly be inturpted by something like stagger so beople cant just jump all over the place and abuse it. Also if CCP puts some effort into it they could make it all flow together well

Sense swarms lock are passive rather than active I dont think there should be a warning when your getting locked however, I do think a module should be added that alerts the pilot when guided missiles are inbound.

Its not for just because structure adds that's extra buffer that makes armor tanking practical, its also more realistic for structure to catch fire and cuase damage rather than armor. Same for dropsuit structure it would make armor more practical.
