Oopsie, I didn't mention that I'm attempting to play on PS3.
So yeah
PS3 (first time install)

Players: 6486
I have already tried clearing the save data cache (didn't exist yet), and deleting the game from my XMB and re-downloading it from my Download List (didn't help).
I have a sad, sad face.
Also, I don't like my character's name but I can't seem to change it. Ugh, I already fail at this game and I've never played it.

I have been trying for the last 2 hours to download the 4.60 MiB and finally was able to do it.
All I had to do is to swtich to a different ISP (Neighboor had a different one) and the game finally decided to do it. |

yes, they want the info from a computer.. basically, it's going to tell them the 'path' your internet connection takes to get to the download server. from what i've read, they're suspecting a specific 'node' on the path as being the culprit... ie a specific ISP or maybe even just a specific physical area as being the cause.
your computer and your PS3 will connect to the same location using the same path.. so running this trace route via PC works just fine for what they're looking for |

I tired what you suggested by using the neighbors wifi. It did give me a yellow bar briefly which I haven't had before.
But then it went back to 0.0 again.
So this didn't work for me. |

click start bring up Run(or use shortcut windows key + R) in the field type in cmd and press enter then a box comes up with a little blinking _ in that type in what was instructed then email them exactly what it says to [email protected] |

yes and with this info they have access to your internet,computer and where or what you done online....thats why they say dont post that info on here unless you want to be hacked |
