CCP Customer Support | EVE Online | Dust 514 then they sent me another email wanting to know if i want to file a petition to get my refund and close my account I believe that part about offering a refund, but the rest about that server being at capacity is inaccurate. thats the email that was given to me stright paste and copy
Okay so now they want to let you petition for a refund?! What kind of crap is that? I also find it funny that I have been on for 8 hrs now trying to get this to work, I haven't had one Internet issue today and the last time I tried to restart I actually got a new message saying sorry for the inconvenience can't connect because of an internal problem. Check to see if you have an Internet connection and hit 'X' to try again. So I'm thinking what are they talking about do I have an Internet connection, been on all day. I hit 'X' to try again and as soon as it cycles, I get another message in the top corner of my screen saying I have been signed out of the PlayStation Network. Now how the convenient hell did that happen?

8 minutes not good. After restarting the game, the length of the orange bar is smaller. |

Wish I knew what you guys were talking about, I stopped getting any kind of orange bar over 4 hrs ago. This trick is not working for me that is for sure.
