No, just right click on the prompt and hit "select all"
Then hit CTRL+C and paste it into an email

I FOUND A SOLUTION I live in Alabama and was receiving the same issues. I am currently running Xfinity with an ethernet cable. I fixed the the issue on my Mac running 10.4.11 by flushing the dns. I did this in terminal by entering "lookupd -flushcache" into the terminal. The commands for newer versions are here http://osxdaily.com/2008/03/21/how-to-flush-your-dns-cache-in-mac-os-x/ Here are the PC commands http://www.techiecorner.com/35/how-to-flush-dns-cache-in-linux-windows-mac/ (BTW I'm not a girl, my real name is Jonah. Guys just to let you know. I sent the requested tracert in about 15 min ago went to get a drink, shut down my ps3, started it up and restarted dust. The update went through and I am now in game. I don't know if the tracery email I sent had anything to do with the problem being fixed for me but try restarting your ps3 and try again. If that doesn't work send the tracery email. Off to play hope its fixed for the rest of you too.

You WILL connect eventually. x_x I am in the process of doing this. The orange bar that initially displays is getting larger. Oh Lord. This does seem to be doing the trick. The orange bar is growing in length but this is sssslllllooooowwwww waiting 10 minutes between game restarts. Going to try 8 minutes and see if that works. 8 minutes not good. After restarting the game, the length of the orange bar is smaller.
This works, dont wait ten minutes. Let the bar disappear and quit the game immediately, restart load the orange bar (took a few tries for it to show up butit did) exit game, restart, load orange bar, rinse and repeat. Took me a total of ten minutes to get in doing this workaround.

You can copy the CMD Prompt in Windows 7. Right click and select mark. Select the text that you want to copy then press right click and it copies. |

Right click the screen, hit "mark" and mark the text you want, move the mouse to the title bar of the cmd window, right click "edit" and then "copy" & then it's in the buffer for pasting. |

Finally got on. Took forever st the attemptting to connect screen then it went to the patch notes and it was around 80% done the the go button lit up an the bar finished. But was way to late for my pc battle. Compensation for this error maybe? |

Seriously, I was tryin to get on for like 11 hours just to get a warm up for our PC battle. Then this happens. Instead of saying oh we might wanna look into this, they say uhh...you all have corrupt data. Those that listened to that spent the rest of the day trying to reinstall. |
