Well now I have reinstalled dumped the cache, unplugged everything that uses electricity complained jumped around and while my game still fails I am beginning to understand the correlation between Indian Rain Dances and maddening frustration, at least I don't have to go to the roof and turn the antenna...... |

Ok first off whats up dust peeps. Now to the important stuff, I just got home off of work and my roomate informed me that everyone in the Southeastern United States Region was having no luck downloading the new patch since downtime this morning. At this point however my roomate had finally downloaded the update and was playing. However with the simple fact that both of our PS3 Console's are using the SAME internet connection ON THE SAME ROUTER I cannot download the patch. We have a 50 meg down 5 meg up internet connection. My roomate is WolfT.
Thing's that I have done on my end to Fix this situation.
Restarted my ps3, and game client.
Deleted my cache.
Deleted the Game client Data(Not the Client itself due to the fact that people said that they couldn't re-download)
Changed the internet connection from Wireless to wired and back.
The point at which the Client lock's up is when it shows the update progress bar and the patch note's. It shows the amount of people on server properly but the bar sits at 0/0 however it does show the size of the update.

I was one that had problems logging in all day. And eventually about 45 mins ago i got in.
So i had to relog. I was able to log back in as normal. So works 2nd time for me with no issues. No idea what the problem was originally and why some people still are affected not able to log in.
Keep up the fights guys trying to get in, Your Mercenaries Play Harder, Fight Harder. Hope you guys tough it out till your able to get in.
I been waiting almost all day to get logged in. Now i'm hungry and have to run across town to get me some food. I'm leaving the PS3 on just in case... |

Dust can't handle all the people on thier server's so to solve the promblem they are restricting who can and who can't play,they sent me an email stating that all they can do if refund my money I have invested in dust and close my account or just wait until alot of people get off dust and a spot would open up for me to log in...omfg |

- Restart game (you'll see a little orange bar before the Updating Game Client text pops up that disappears. keep track of this,)

- Wait another 10 mins.
- Restart again (the game won't start on it's own no matter HOW long you wait, restarting is necessary)
- Wait another 10 mins.
- Keep track of the orange bar, eventually it should have traveled far enough, and the game will say that updating is complete.
- Show up late to PC.
Just keep track of that orange bar for the brief amount of time that you can see it.
