I'm also having the same problem. 4,000 people currently online. We're all stuck on "Updating game client (0.00%) - 0.0 B/s 4.60 MiB" I am also on Est. I was really hoping to get on Dust this morning as well only to have a locked door to a virtual world in my face. |

I live in louisiana, and I'm haveing the same problem. I don't think they will fix it soon as all they care about are those numbers riseing. And the few of us stuck here wont affect those numbers much. |

I can verify this problem. I've restarted the game 3-4 times now and it's not updating. It starts looking like it will then it resets and does nothing but sit at an empty status bar. |

I'm not using a mobile hotspot, but I do have my PS3 connected to the Internet through my PC as a gateway, Technically, its the same thing, since mobile hotspots acts as a gateway. |

Same thing for me in Pennsylvania. Completely screwed my ten PC battle this morning... I am deleting and reinstalling to see if it is corrupt data... I'm half way through. Ill let everyone know what I find since CCP is not helping with this issue....

I live in Louisiana and it gets to 25.45% before even showing the percentage complete.
It then shows the 25.45% and says 0.0b/s.
Then it goes back to 0%
Please CCP fix this. |

Hello,
We are very sorry that you are experiencing a problem in the game.
Please delete the game cache to see if this address the problem.
Here we can confirm that deleting a saved game data and delete/reinstalling the game client does not affect your progress in the game as all the game data is stored in our main server.
At first, please try emptying the cache for DUST 514. To do this, please go to PS3 Home - choose Games - Saved Data Utility - DUST 514.
Then Press the "triangle" for Options and then "Delete".
If this does not address the problem, then it appears you may have a corrupt install of the game.
Please delete the game and then reinstall it again.
I have included instructions on how to do this below.
Instructions:
- Under "Games" on the XMB, hover over DUST 514.
- Press Triangle
- Select Delete and confirm deletion
Then to reinstall:
- Select the "Playstation Network" on the XMB
- Select "Account Management"
- Select "Transaction Management"
- Select "Download List"
- DUST 514 will be listed on this screen, select "Download"

Had the issue myself and client prompted me to retry(go back through first screen) and after doing so I didn't even have to patch at all and was still able to go ingame but framerate and controls compared to yesterday were slower. |

Cannot log in as well as of the restart this morning. Did nothing different other than re-loggin into the game. Even shutdown the PS3 and restarted it several times and all get is come to Patch Notes screen and the game stays there. Cannot click on the "X" to go for login and it would not allow it either.
US Player.

I have also sent in a ticket.. but decided to reinstall before I got a respons to maybe expedite the process and help you guys out and CCP. I'm about a G/B into the first update of the game client. As soon as I get past it and into the newest update of the game client I will be sure to give you guys a heads up. But if its anything atleast I am downloading something on the updating game client page!!!!! :)
