What do I want and when do I want it? That is easy but this is the wrong topic. What I want is to stop the tiny tweaks, and re-balancing. Fix some of the long standing bugs, the annoying little ones that have always been there like the wrong splash screen before a battle to the newly introduced things like the team chat after a battle is joined never letting you join a squad after entering FW. These little bugs are adding up and I fear they will be ported over to the next iteration of Dust before being fixed. A mass driver can always be nerfed, but elastic spawn points that pull you back each time you are a certain distance away need a deeper attention to detail and attention soon. |

2) Remove delay at start of game once vehicle is deployed and owner is in it.
3) add 1 more slot to vehicles and more cpu/pg on proto level. |

You realize this is a hotfix right? In hotfixes you can only change the stats of items, you can't add stuff into the game.

For that, we would need CCP Rattati to implement the final part of limited dropsuit tiericide so that we can be sure we have enough PS3 memory to support that many players.
Also, I have been playing Dust 514 since the Replication build of Closed Beta and I never once saw 48-person multiplayer. If there ever was before that time, then it was probably when we had very limited content available when only four suits literally existed. Gallente Scout, Caldari Assault, Minmatar Logistics, and Amarr Heavy. That was it.

Add a note to the sign-in screen related to the hierarchical and technical nature of: Hotfix, Update, and Release?
butsrsly:
Give the scout suits of all races slightly more precision (one basic module worth?) so that their role as forward-recon can be recovered.
Increase the DPS and range of the SMG slightly so that it feels somewhat like it's older version (pre-parity), and give a small bump to the effectiveness of the MagSec SMG.
Reduce the 'bad-pull' penalty on the Scrambler Pistol ever-so-slightly.
Return unlimited fit myo-fly-brils, then give them a stacked-penalty to stamina used per jump.
Increase raw damage 100% on small blaster turrets
decrease swarm launcher effectiveness by 10% (both damage and concussion)
reduce core locus grenade lethality by 5%
put the breach shotgun back where it was
give the breach AR some of it's 'thump' back
increase effective range on basic AR by 5% (or consider giving gallente a sidearm to counter long range weapons)

First off
This is not a "Hotfix" and CCP does not deploy "Hotfixes"
Any first level computer programmer knows that a hotfix is deployed while the system is still up and running hence the name hotfix, which comes trom the the root that the system is still hot and running.
What CCP does is deploy "updates" which are done when the system is shut down.
Lets all use the right terms and not act like idiots.

As a dedicated nova knifer with years experience now, I can say that dampening on a minscout is only good up to a certain point. I am just too use to being spotted on scans so I adapted in some ways to counter that. The hills, or any part of the terrain that is not a man-made structure, have a negative impact on the passive scans of players. Once a knifer hides in the hills, you are no longer able to utilize passive scans and thus forced to go in after them unless you happen to have active scanners fitted on you. If you don't you are then fighting on my terms where I have already adapted to listening for footsteps (thanks to my headset) and being all fast and dodgy on rolling hills. Even if I am forced to fight in a city where passive scans can see me, the structures provide enough cover against bullets. A crate* and a wall offer more EHP than any shield extender I could fit. In many case, I just stack nothing but kincats and damage mods for my knives and hope for the best.

-Unbalanced quality of connection in Planetary Conquest, principaly between 2 different server, US/EU/AS. In all case there is a "normal" side (give damage and lag at normal level), and a "bad" side (no damages given, teleporting, big framerate issues, instantly killed).
These reasons are the number 1 to make players ragequit and uninstall the game, others are just not important at all.
-Increase the Eve/Dust link. Just one thing to restart the crossplay: Choosing the systems in fw fights like 2 years ago, please!

Adding a scan profile penalty to shield extenders would without question move EWAR interplay (and with it, Scout performance) further away from balance than toward it.
In competitive play and in a high percentage of High Mu pubs today, you're either below 21dB or you are always (at minimum, almost always) active scanned. This has made moot any effort to dampen by non-Scouts. Further, always-up 21dB active scans wholly override middle and outer ring passive scans in a wide range of settings, including (but not limited to) small-to-medium sized sockets, large areas surrounding contested objectives, and all but the outskirts of most Ambush, Dom and Acq matches.
All else held constant, it is my opinion that adding a scan profile penalty to shield extenders would (1) go largely unnoticed by the high-profile dual tankers whom the penalty is supposed to discourage and (2) would detrimentally impact Scout performance as well as intra-class parity and (3) would worsen an already poor state of EWAR interplay. |

Better Salvage/Strongbox Rates(No x1/2 Drops). Only Pro+ gear. Reduce Lab to 100c/item. Increase max fittings.(Owner of almost all apex.) Becomes a pita when you have to keep deleting fits to try out new ones. Basic Assault FG(+STD Variant BPOs). Mlt gear buff to STD(Except for fitting). Quafe Trading. Team chat in battle. AutoSquads.
