Before making any decisions on weapons, make sure shield and armor are balanced, make more variations for shield extenders and reduce cpu and pg for proto shield extenders. |

The sniper rifle needs work. I know it was nerfed because of redline sniping.
But to cure redline sniping you need to give it redline to redline range. If you test it with some good snipers you will see it works. You need to create an antagonist to each redline sniper. |

1) the scrambler pistol, burst scrambler pistol needs a tweak 2) Shield buff : reduce delays on every caldari suits, increase their regen a bit, bring the treshold to 14 and most important, reduce PG/CPU cost of extenders :)

A fix to persistent framerate issues, particularly on the gallente lag facility and Skirmish/Factional/PC matches in general.
In terms of balance and reasonable goals: break the rep/hardener synergy on madrugers to make them not so absurdly overpowered, and nerf the tactical scrambler rifle or rework it to bring it in line with other rifles' effectiveness.

There is a skill book for weapon CPU reduction already, its the LIGHT/HEAVY/SIDEARM weapon skill and it reduces each respective type of weapon class CPU usage across the board by 15% (I think? Maybe 25%). |

-Nerf speed hard (but buff agility/turn speed)
-Decrease range of blasters to ~30m, 65 falloff
-Increase cycle time of heavy reps to every 3-5s, same hp/s though
On top of that, buff shield tank reps to 220-250hp/s.

A lot of requests for cap reduction of extenders. I think that will benefit armor as well. I think removing stacking penalties and/or reducing the cap cost of the opposite choices would help.
Regulator buff and/or Dmg Mod or biotics through cap reduction.

rename assault rifle to plasma rifle. I'm sure there's a word for 'plasma' in every language, and if there isnt, they probably use the english word 'plasma' for it, it shouldn't be hard at all to do for every language version of the game you'd be supporting. |

On all Uplink models higher than the Militia Uplink, reduce the "Max Carried" number from 6, to only 3.
This gives players more incentive to hold off deploying their next uplink until the most tactically-useful opportunity.

The sniper rifle needs its data heavily looked into. We need to find the average TTK in real combat vs paper achievable TTK. Compare that to the TTK of other weapons to see what actually needs to be buffed. Off a gut feeling I believe it is low and needs faster rates of fire across all tiers and variants as opposed to flat damage increases.
Next we need to look at CCP's intended ranges and what they believe would be a healthy zoom level for those distances. It currently feels that within 100ms of the targets the current zoom finally works well. This can be tied to rendering and hit detection. If hit detection or added zoom can't push it past those distances reliably, we need to rework the sniper rifle to perform better at or around 100-150m. If rendering and zoom isn't plausible, than a flat damage bonus is needed. Using only 50% of the thumb sticks and having to be immobile is the balancing factor for this. TL;DR Need more damage if range has to be reduced for hit detection.
Last but necessary is the fact that the dot and circle sights are garbage. I spoke up but was ignored when you asked for input on the sights. We need a horizontal and vertical line cross hair. Just take the one with the dot and add in an equally thin vertical line to it in the center. This would allow those us to better track our targets and better place our rounds where we want them.
When I look down my scope, all I see are dead people.

My personal opinion of stack penalties are removed-
Myofibs- hell no. No one likes to be ohk by a 1.4k punch and dying Scotsman were no nos
Damage mods- assuming people fit thier suits racially, will make op again, will make gko WITH ar good, and make scramblers even more op
Cardio- not something that bothered anyone except jumpers. Why not
Kincats- mmmmmm I lien then but I don't think it would be nice to see a Scotsman with 5 Kincats........
Regulator- this is a yes from me. This will greatly improve shields. Please make it so that a pro calass with 3 complex regs has EXACTLY 1 sec delay.

If you could take a look at the endless locking on districts that would be nice. Aside of this, something on myofibrile, create two modules and separate jumps from melee, or reduce by half (at least) the melee damage.
