i personally wouldnt want to just increase ttk after its been lowered to a much nicer level, increasing dps and increasing speed essentially turns assualts into scouts with more hp and dps.

i miss it as well many a heavy was downed by 4-5 headshots, and many a proto suit came to tear when faced with an assault scrambler pistol. Now i have to use a vanilla sub... which is good but not very interesting or rewarding

If i was being unclear a complex plate on a heavy would have 2.5% reduction speed, a medium frame 5%, and a light frame 10%. If this is not enough perhaps a hp multiplier as well... heavy 1.2 medium 1.0 and light .8

this is a tough one... my 1.7 gal scout was more threatening with everyone relying on scanners and the general lack of scouts than my now current cal scout. I think tanked scouts with ARs of a sort are OP, they simply do the assault's role better....

Agreed Amarr sentinel's shield resistance is not very useful considering that the amarr can tank twice as much armor as shield, perhaps rail resistance to 10% armor and 15% to projectile on armor.
