I ran starter fits too often that when uprising hit i had 80 mil isk. Now i have more than 120 mil isk & now after 1.8 i run proto often, i do it for the thrill ( you know, you will be very cautious when you know u will lose isk)

Its funny you know, if it was a gal scout it might be me, but in my defence scouts always aim for the weak ones. defenseless are sometimes easier than scouts that can flee & heavies with 1500+ hp.

Guess u didnt see any amarrs, i tried 4 complex armour plates on the basic amarr scout ( ignoring the pg/cpu ) Now it has 700 hp armour & 200 hp shield, but sadly cant use it because of pg/cpu.
