The shield scout is perfect for hit and run attacks. So far damage mods have been far less useful than extenders. Plate & rep in the lows. I primarily carry an ADV cloak and a PRO nanite injector. There will be bullets. ACR+SMG

Broad tests take time. I did so on purpose as to gather your most used fit. People will unintendenly put in what they consider is the best or rather the most important in a suit.
