Yes I'm a new scout but I don't brick tank nor do I glitch. I am running it as a scout logi hybrid and am still learning scout skills .

E2: Uplink
Used to prep the battlefield for my team.
Rogue
H: 1x basic extender, 1x precision.
L: 1x Codebreaker, 1x dampener, 1x range amp
LW: Knives
S: Magsec
G: Flux
E1: Cloak
E2: RE
Tactician that has been modified to be able to better survive in more stressful situations.
