its called a modded controller.. basically the controller mashes the button for you at beyond human ability allowing you to have a higher RoF then the full auto version. oh and with the modded controllers run a muck you will see a nerf of them or ...

not bothered.. because I respected into the LLAV anyways that I had before so getting the gunnlogi was unaffected by this but sinked sp for all other HAVs drivers

trust me they work wonders on armor, and bad on shields which is intended and balanced, the plasma cannon is coming for a light AV that's good on shields. they do the damage they should and there is no need for a fix to them.
