The Burst and Breach are actually pretty balanced given their role as Gallentean knockoffs of the Combat and Rail Rifles. It's the Tactical and the Assault that are abit too good.

I'm hoping they change Scrambler Rifles a tad, the faster charge keeps making me overheat the blasted thing without a Overheat Reduction modifier. Keep having to relearn the timing every few days when I level the skill.
