I think the idea is that since we only have 3 equipment slots.. in order to keep our combat efficacy on par with other logi suits we should have had a CPU reduction. Its really all I can think of. its not a terrible nerf though... not for assaul...

Changing the leveling system would probably require a reset at this point. It would make so much more sense to do it this way though. You could even keep the passive sp and just apply it to a skill like you do in eve... you just get usage based ...

The sad thing is... by the end of 1.5 (if the next two patches are perfect... however unlikely that is) we will be where we should have been at the beginning of 1.0... but 5 months later. I think people are just tired of waiting for broken game :/

Yeah I suspect most players run their pub suits around 50k ISK. My general pub fit costs 176,715 ISK. but I only have around 10-12 fittings usually. Its all the same 2-3 builds with different weapons.
