Decrease the reloading time to 2 seconds, git it 2 shots in a clip, tune the projectile to where their is very very little drop, then also increase its projectile speed. Also make it do full damage if enemy is inside its 1m diameter of the projectile... |

I've seen ppl make good use of it but it does look weird someone running around with what is basically a rocket launcher having to stand so close to their target. Not sure about the clip sizes and reload cus I haven't been able to level it out. Atm the plasma cannon is something that interests me but if it had some variants it would make if more interesting. |

It could definitely use a little more projectile speed and probably damage.
I think it should just have zero splash, we have enough anti personnel noob tubes in the game. |

The main issue is projectile speed/drop. It's clearly been programmed in just to make the thing stupidly hard to use- the PLC shoots a plasma bolt at barely a scout's running speed that drops like a rock. ARs are also plasma weapons, and they're hitscan... the PLC is already balanced by its single shot with a 3.5s reload time, it doesn't also have to be a pain in the butt to aim. |

but the reload time is a killer- if an anti vehicle weapon take 3.5 seconds to load and some tank has 4000 ehp then its gonna take 14 seconds to kill... it needs a 2 ammo clip... |

But know that now think of it, 2 round clip would be a Nice addition so you don't have such a huge Reload, and a half second charge just to reload. |

i would keep it at 2.5 sec reload and 1 second fire interval... also increase its blast radius to 3.5 and increase splash ddamage just a tad though... |
