LOL, why in the world would you give CCP that much money for this game?

I bought a lot of merc Pacs in beta when the ether was high

And I enjoy the game , I'm just dissapointed with the slow pace of content, and the utter lack of heavy love.

Who would buy a special edition "scrub killer" texture to apply on ones favorite proto suit?

I bought into the closed beta. So I was drinking the wine then too.

I stopped spending cash when it became clear that none of the MMO elements were going to be in place for Uprising.

I laugh everytime I see a blood raiders or Ishukone watch saga, because that right there is a fool who was separated from his money.

There are parts of this game I really enjoy, but the lack of content is only part of the problem, the biggest is that CCP doesn't have a real plan for how to make this game fun, because the core concepts are so out of whack.

I have 7 more thirty day boosters left I have purchased every pac at least once some multiplied times (any one need a blood red LAV)

The point I'm making is that I would love to buy more aurum but at this point by the design of the game I have maxed out all the skills that I needed aurum gear for. I'm sure they thought this through cause it seems like we will all be at this point in the next few months.

I hope they have some interesting ideas coming soon for Aurum

Yep i've noticed this too... seems like the game by design is slowly removing itself of the need for aurum.

They just need cosmetic stuff in the game rather quickly.

Also I suspect aurum gear was meant for 'off-spec' items maybe?

Aur to me is met for boosters. Now that I have hit a comftorable level with SP I shouldn't be harassed to buy more Aur. If somebody went out and spend over $100 on this game and is crying they don't have nothing to buy with Aur there's always boosters. If they have enough SP than that's their problem. Shouldn't make it a communities problem.

Actually its a huge community problem in a free to play game if people like me who do spend money have no more reason too then who pays for the developers and content for this game?

At a time where they need more staff and compute stuffs to finish this game I would say the design flaw of not needing or wanting aurum items would be a huge concern for this game to continue.

20 Mil SP? ... Veery few Players are anywhere near that level yet ... Most are Months away from reaching it

Most of the average player base is prob 10-15M SP. That's the guys that actually hit their cap every week. There's a majority of players who don't even hit it every week. So we don't have to worry about everybody reaching 20M anytime soon.
