While I haven't played PS2, from what I've seen.. Dust has a much better foundation for metagaming and owning districts than PS2. Its just that PS2 has a much better fps system with logistics play and guns, mostly to do with the much larger number...

Great post.. except your numbers are wrong: You should take into account the passive 10% from armor plates and shield extension, as you need both to run complex. Also take into account Caldari Logistics 25% to shield extenders, and Caldari Assaul...
