The MD should have almost as much splash damage as direct hit while the flaylock should have like 50% of its direct damage as splash damage. Problem solved and it makes more sense.

I kind of like it and it would solve the passive skill bonus not working problem for assault scramblers, but I think it would be more or less like the normal scrambler except it will require you to hold the spray on a target.

I think that the CPU/PG of reactive plates needs to be cut down. Ferroscale is not that bad as it falls about in line with shields extenders though shield extenders are still a bit better with natural regeneration. Reactive is DEFINITELY not worth...
