KBM whenever I can. I only use the DS3 when spawning, issuing orders, or piloting. I have some pretty severe input lag with my DS3 though, not sure what's up with that.

Dust has input lag very much alike to that experienced in BF3. This is probably why the aiming feels nasty to you. If you are using KBM it isn't quite as bad, but certainly still there.
