Forge gun wouldn't be possible due to weapon instability. I mean really, look at how much that gun shakes. Amplify that with 4x or 5x zoom, and all you're going to see is a whole lot of stuff, flying around on your screen very, very fast.

Motion blur can be nice, but I think some games just use it to mask the fact that they don't run at 60 FPS. They have it in BlackLight: Retribution, and it looks alright.. personally I think it's a bit excessive though.
