I don't like the Burst rifle at all, 5 rounds is much to large a burst to properly control. If they reduce the burst to 3 rounds I'll be happy.

You get more points for rezzing/repping/spawning/supplying than you doing for getting kills. Not sure what makes you think Logi's would be at the bottom. If a Logi is doing their job well, they could probably reach the top relatively easy.

Right now it's aimed at people that want an arena shooter with slight objective based gameplay and a decent matchmaking system. We are sticking our toes in an ocean that is not yet filled. Be patient, the audience will change and grow.
