Can you buy dragonfly Caldari assaults and toxin ARs anymore? They used to be in the merc pack but now you get a scout and SMG instead. I would love a syndicate SMG by the way, that red.

I think you are unlikely to need a cardiac regulator. A single damp will save you from many scanning threats. Mostly only Gal logis and inner scan rings will pick you up with one damp.

Not used an Amarr scout, but in theory it should be nice to be able to scan assaults at 30m, without having to fit precision enhancers. Unlike other scouts. (Gallente almost can, but not if your opponent has max damp skills).
