PlC + PAV + Cloak (and + REs, if you can fit them) = fantastic mobile AV fitting. Great for flanking crowds and sniper hunting, too. It's still buggy, though. Misfires, incorrectly/non-applied splash damage and projectile ghosting abound.

Breach is best. The Gong Show in handheld form. Burst is fun but not consistently usable. The Assault and vanilla need more distinction between them. No reason not to use Assault unless you're tight on fitting room or poor.
