Nice skin, but you need to up the SP and ISK payouts for the persistent missions dramatically. Yeah, they're easy, but they pay out less than many regular dailies, which makes them feel decidedly un-special.

Why does a basic cloak cost 2k, while the Adv/Pro cloaks are in the same ballpark as other equip of the same tier? It's a pretty **** investment.

If I were guessing based on recent experience, ARR, SG, HMG, ACR in roughly that order, with AScR catching up. BSMG and BP almost the only sidearms outside of NKs on the Minjas.
