Told you. I didn't know it was a calclated number though, which makes sense.
lower damage, faster heat buildup, higher rate of fire, more bursts per second... The weapon will have a much higher dps, making each burst even more deadly, but reducing the amount of bursts available before overheat.
Essentially making it a skill based weapon like the scrambler rifle. You can fire off 17 rounds before overheat for a very qick amount of damage, but then you have to wait for the cooldown.
Except that with the HMG, the overheat is severely punishing

Burst 4615 Assault 2400 normal 2400
Is the in game info wrong? o-o The in game info doesn't factor burst interval into the RPM figure. Normal HMGs don't have to factor in burst interval as they are not burst weapons. Ya know copy pasting burst weapon stats to fully auto weapons can be hillariously entertaining. I still remember the 1000 rounds per minute specialist duvolle assault rifle. lets just hope that this time that doesnt happend otherwise a full HMG clip will be empty in less then 3 secs.

Man, I wish we had a standard Burst at Op II.
Reality is the original Rorschach.
Verily! So much for all that.

I just need clarification here...
- The burst will get a damage reduction
- Burst will get a heat build increase which means less shots fired in spam
- Due to decreased fire interval and halved burst interval it will get increased RoF
Okay with what I have here all I can say is that the burst hmg would become an overheating, heavy Cr right? So while this is the basis so to speak, considering it's a burst weapon; It would mean that the game is going to run into the Rof season/month/year of Dust which questionably will or will not even be alive for long right? I am questioning or whether or not this is a good thing considering the amount of bullets shot per burst and the dispersion down range. I actually need some sort of info on that by average or whatever to consider say, the damage per 2 bursts? That's all I can think of to ask... Wait I also want to know who actually loved the fact that it WAS slow RoF on the heavy weapon itself? I personally think I was kinda fond of really focusing on where to place my shots at what time and factor in lag, hives, and the type of suits displayed on screen.
