Chances are Amarr Scout will get the highest Stamina and regen rate, As their Logi/Assault do.... So the bonus will certainly make an impact So many Amarr players moan over their lower speed while none pay attention to the fact that your stamina ...

Since 1.7 I have pointed out that ALL 4 racial variants of AR are seriously OP.... AR - too many bullets in clip CR - RoF should be equal to SMG not higher SR - Needs base damage reduced or the charge multiplier reduced RR - Is too good in CQC......
