For up aiming I have my sensitivity on 3, and for turning, I have mine at 5. This is so I can head shot a lot better with my scrambler rifle/pistol. But if there are better settings, what are they?

I would personally go: Complex Armor Repairer, 1 basic Armor plate, 2 enhanced armor plates, 1 complex damage mod and 2 complex shields with a k2 hive and either 2 compact hives or 2 triage hives. Oh, and basic grenades.
