Amarr teams are useless again.
First match.
Only me, and some other player goes positive (It matters when you lose on clones)
Second Match.
A blueberry got out of my tank, next to an objective, I thought to myself 'Good, hes going to hack it', I watch him for a while, until he walks off into the sunset, and the objective lies there, still red. All while some clueless blueberry is trying to take out the MCC using my Small Missile Turret.
Blueberry crashes into my tank as I'm being hit by AV, and I die.
Then I decided to go play pubs.
Even when I went into team, and asked to squad up, no one did.
Why the hell are players who dont even know how to squad up, being let into FW battles? |

Randoms almost never squad up. If I want to squad up, I squad with my Corp. If i'm running solo, it's not because I couldn't find a squad, it's because I want to run solo. Very old news, and you have more than enough likes to know this. |

If you join FW, and refuse, or have no idea how to squad up, you should just leave. |

I'm going to direct you back to my last post. I haven't ran solo in a good 2 months or so, but if I ever choose to run solo, it is because I decided that I wanted to run solo. But again, you are acting like you just found all this out yesterday. Not sure why you seem surprised. |

Because the max player count per team is not divisible by 6. Make FW either 12v12 or 18v18, then you could make FW squad only. |

I never said I did.
Do you even know what FW means?
I'm trying to say, dont go solo in FW, and if you do, join an open squad, or create your own if there aren't any.

I can feel your pain on the Faction losses. I've noticed for a long time that there's some malice against Amarr as I've only ever had a handful of wins and it was always by a hair's breath. As for not squading up, that's more for the team's benefit. Uplinks I lay down can be used by anyone, whereas if you're in a squad only your squad can use them. It's a detriment if you're thinking of carrying uplinks, to be honest. Especially if it's a contested objective that needs bodies on the ground to capture or hold. Yeah, I'm not contributing to a squad's orbital allotment, but is it really that vital a thing? |

Pubs used to be the safer place for people to solo, things seem to have flipped lately with Proto death squads roaming around. More in Ambush than anything, but Pubs= Proto Squads more often than not now.
Trust me Knight, I agree with you. But I don't get into a FW match and then try and make a squad. I make a squad then join FW. It is what it is, and it has been this way since I started. |

Uplinks have always worked like that. Squad-dropped uplinks only work for the squad that dropped it, free dropped uplinks work for everyone. That and nanohives were the big ways for logistics to gain WP in a match beyond hacking. This is why I never squad up, both to be a boon to the team... and get lots of WP. Not that I don't heal and needle people when I can. |

We've been considering adding squad only versions or making droplinks exclusive to squads for a while now. Would like to hear your thoughts on that.

Petition: when an ingame tutorial is implemented please include a whole 10 minute section as a lecture on how the MCC cannot be damaged by small arms or indeed, anything, from the battlefield EXCEPT NULL CANNONS.
Sheesh. Bloody waste of my prototype missiles when there are perfectly good targets under me (YES THIS IS OFF TOPIC IM RANTING) And the bloody blueberries go for the bloody MCC, some kind of disease, targets are all scanned and visible on the minimap but apparently these blueberries have a mini brain because they don't see the pulsing red targets on the minimap begging for death and the giant letter with a box around it begging to be hacked, devoid of all enemies but no, they sit there until I'm forced to squeeze right into the space in front of the objective where they're facing the point directly and end up stuck with no escape when an enemy spawns with AV grenades to destroy me like a caged deer is destroyed by a lion who enters from yeh only exit.

Weird, that dev post, cause personal experience doesn't reflect what that says. They must have 'stealthed' a fix at some point. I mean, I've seen maps with uplinks all over only to see one or two when I die. Anyway, being in a squad doesn't 'make or break' a team. It's not hard to use the minimap and death map to see what's going on. It amazes me that reading them should need be a trained skill.
I don't get what being an NA player has to do with your faction. I'm an NA player, I'm obviously Amarr. I don't field a dropsuit unless it's in tip-top condition. You can keep your silly bubble-gum and duct tape. |

Time-zones, and peak player times. Certain corps who do a lot of faction warfare are highly active certain times of day. These times of day you'll see greater resistance. |
