^Title sez it all.
I want a fitting with a good amount of HP and movement speed, complete with an Imperial Scrambler Rifle. Don't worry about cost, because by the time I get where I want to be, I should have 100+ mil ISK.
Assume all Core skills are at 5, and try to make it a little more combat focused while still taking advantage of the equipment slots. |

Haha with all core skills 5 I would say:
Amarr ak0 2 enhanced armour plates 1 complex armour plates 1basic armour repper 3enhanced shield extenders
Imperial scrambler rifle Ishukone SMG Locus nades
1 compact nanohive REs Active scanner
NOTE: this is all just an idea I have no idea if this actually will work for a fitting as I am to tired to run the run the numbers ATM |

3 complex armor reps, 3 complex armor extenders, imperial Sc or cathum Assault SC with ishyukone assault SMG, the high slots are your choice. If your running SCR run 2 complex dmg mods and 1 complex shield extender... for the equipment, get a triage nano with a scanner and a rep tool and a medi pen |

Actually, I'd be repping at: 26/s |

usually you'll want 2 complex plates & reppers to take advantage of the bonus, thats a 17.50 rep/sec rate with around what, over 500 armor? then for an imperial, you'll want proficiency 5 and as many dmg mods as you can on there, dont bother with enhanced or STD dmg mods, use that pg/cpu to fit a good nanohive, along with nades if you can. a scanner helps too but is costly on pg/cpu |

Seems like a good fit, but it seems to lack on the combat focused side. I've been experimenting with a faster, more dual tanked Logi, more focused on combat rather than reps and an Injector. But I never know. I'll try it out. |

Long story short I tear it up with this fit and it's got 550 armour, 210 shield and 7 armour/sec rep rate so it's great if u utilize cover to the max |

For heavy healing role have 4 complex plates, 1 ishukone SMG, hives, rep tool and injector and 3 basic shield extenders, 801 armour and 217 shield, remember only for heavy healing this fit, SMG makes short work of anyone.

Then you should run Amarr Assault Bro...well Let me help the OP here. Since you are already going to sacrifice the ASsault BONUS to use the SCR, then take advantage of what the Logi offers: 1 more LOW slot, More EQ slots and natural Repair rate.
Now simplings will tell you to armor tank , since thats what Lows are For? Not only....
Here is a Modified version of my Gunman Logi:
Gùï x3 Cx Shield Ext Gùï x2 (AT LEAST ENH) Profile Dampners Gùï x 2 (AT least ENH) Armor plates Gùï ACtive scanner Gùï SCrambler Rifle Gùï Side arm of choosing Gùï Nanos Gùï Grenade of choosing Gùï Whatever other equipment fits XD
Now this fitting at proto level gives you: GÖª 368 Shields GÖª (At least) 500 Armor GÖª Enough Profile Dampening to avoid All ADV scanners GÖª The Natural 5 Hp Repair rate per sec the Logis have. This will be compensated by the resistant shielding that regenerates fairly quickly. GÖª Most Stamina of all Logis GÖª Active scanner (Quantum ADV one is prefered at least ) lets you scan almost all enemies while mantaining youself mostly hidden. GÖª The Profile Dampners not only help a LOT vs scanners, but are great to fit since they only use CPU,thing that this LOGI has to spare, but doesnt use PG; thing that this logi lacks....
For your consideration. |

ADvantage = Loosing Laser weaponry Bonus+Stamina in exchange for Good Profile Dampening and more equipment.
I am actually planning on getting the Amarr Assault so I can maximize the ScR.
That seems like a good fit as well, it just doesn't fit with my play style. I don't really like sneaking around and such. I do however really like doing 100+ damage per shot , so my high slots are usually Damage Modifier heavy on my ScR fits. My AScR fits utilize shield extenders and better equipment, because they give me more PG to play with.
It also feels wrong to not fit any repairers on an Amlogi, seeing as it has a bonus for them. It would be like not fitting a laser weapon on an Assault. |

Well thats what i SAID,but OP wants to use a AMARR LOGI with scrambler rifle. Im jsut trying to help . I KNOW the best is to Use Amarr assault... thats what i use for Scrambler rifle...
On another note. a Scrambler rifle with Prrof 5 and only 1 Cx Damage mod , hits 100 per bullet :3

Two plates Two reps
Damage mods or shield extenders for preference. (Though the ScR likes dmg mods like flies to sh*t)
Flux scanner Rep hives Resupply hives
ImpScR SMG AV nades
Personally the rifle would be the first to get a downgrade if fitting became an issue, however it's your priority and I'd say the Highslots and the reppers take 2nd priority after that. The SMG & nades should be the first to suffer if you have fitting issues, since they're more about defence than offence, and defence on a long-range setup is the job of your scanner.
This setup should deliver just short of 500 armour with a built-in rep rate of 17.5/s not including shield recharge, meaning that even a full recovery will never take more than 25 seconds. All this comes with a full compliment of damage mods, turning your ScR into something Kefka would be proud to wield, and equipment to augment your HP recovery, keep you self-sufficient and maintain your tactical awareness.
