The money is based on the teams total enemy destruction, spread out proportionally based on ranking. Winning yields a bonus. If they bring out a bunch of tanks everyone reaps the benefits, not just the one who destroyed them.

If it's like EVE object stack is like so: 25% suit bonus 20% total module bonus (after stack penalties) 25% kill bonus It's not a 25+25+20= 70 percent hack speed increase. It's 1.25*1.25*1.2 = 1.875 or 87.5 percent hack speed increase.
