 Second of all, I think that the intention here was to force us to specialize into things that we want (armor resist) and make us make CPU/PG saving skills more important.

 Well, I think it worked. We're going to have to wait until we actually get into battle but erm... well, yeah. Much as I might troll, I'm not actually looking forward to these changes.

 So, since we have to invest into more skills to reduce the CPU/PG cost of modules, instead of investing into one, to increase the values, this means we get more SP sinks, right?

 They did say that a lot of this is not yet set in stone so there is a chance to change all that. Besides, with the recent info provided by CCP Logibro, I'm certain a lot of players will be dissecting the stats until there is none left to dissect.

 Did you actually look at the vehicle base stats? Some vehicles base CPU has almost doubled. Shield tanks are gaining like 300 PG and armor tanks are loosing like 200. The loss of the skill bonus is irrelevant; read more, complain less.

 But now Electronics and Engineering have become skills without passives.
 
 Which is ridiculous.
 
 It should grant some bonus to PG/CPU modules if CCP are so set on removing our bonuses.

 You don't need to use small turrets anymore. That should save on fitting.

Us logi pilots are used to having totally useless ships anyways, so turning a Grimsnes into a Prometheus is pretty damn simple. Not so for ADS pilots. Which sucks too, because my favorite dog fights are always against Assault dropships, when my gunners aren't special, anyways. 
 If they don't fix the turret bug then there won't be much a point to flying.
