I think calling a vehicle in just to set an order on it for free SP is a borderline exploit. I think a vehicle should need someone driving it before you can "defend" it. Though to be fair, I think you should be able to designate anywhere to defend.

My philosophy is to work on survivability first. Even with militia equipment, you're helpful and the longer you're alive, the longer you're helpful to the team. Work on core skills that increase your HP and your fitting capability first, IMO.
