Mmmh These changes looks good to me. The only one I don't like is the HMG changes. The heat is good right now, I don't think it's a good idea to increase it. The real problem with it is the RANGE. It's THE CQC king, it should perform at best at 15...

It's basically the idea of what used to be Battle Corps before Uprising. You just extend it to a group of player (that can be in different corps). I always liked the idea of recreating Battle corp as they were much better than PC now.
