Logis should have no weapon, just a rep tool that can function as a damage tool to lock onto enemies, inflicting damage equal to the tool's rate of armor repair. And if multiple enemies swarm you, hop in your Logi LAV and run over them :D

I don't see any problem in the WP gain as it is currently. Honestly, I think changes like these would make it too easy to farm multiple orbitals, which may disrupt the balance in a match. I also don't mind the rambo revive if it is done just once...
