You forgot to mention that in order to get 7 volleys you would have to be standing next to a Supply Depot or on a couple of Nanohives (a single nanohive doesn't resupply fast enough) or you would run out of Ammo.

I already posted a support ticket to get GM's to issue the reward owed me. I posted in this forum to inform CCP DEV's that the Trigger points for the rewards were set improperly so that they would be aware of the issue and correct it.
