I've had this before and I think it has something to do with downtime. I found that if I don't log off before DT hits then I come back in the wrong suit. Hope this helps.

Me too, and I didn't use any type of BPO. I definitely made more than 12 kills with my HMG... I can't even tell how much SP I got, but it wasn't much, same for isk- only 376,000.
