Just noticed that your scan range calculation is doubling up the gallente scan range bonus from 1.7 with the gallente scan range bonus from 1.8, giving a base scan range of ~56m on proto gallente scout suits.

I'll add that I think any non-caldari scout should be able to scan any undampened non-gallente scout with a single complex precision enhancer - that this is not the case means something needs to be done. Nobody should have to dedicate 2 mod slots ...
